from the start, Taric, his interdimensional origin aside, was always sort of assumed to be Demacian, or at least, aligned with them, if we are gonna just split camps into noxus and demacia for certain outsider champs.
they mention it in their notes for him. they considered starting over from scratch, but instead decided to take what he was, and just evolve it. so instead of being interdimensional, lets assume he was demacian but much the same, and he goes from "old taric" to "new taric" through lore stuff

All I really like anymore, at least for characters that are remotely viable, are Varus and Malz. I just really don't like LoL's modern style where everyone has to have some kind of minigame or gimmick tacked on, I mostly play dota now because the hero design is just a unique direct toolset per character rather than a minigame you play with yourself to do the same thing as every other character in your archetype.
I'm a bitch and even the small changes (like MF's new passive) can be enough to turn me away, LoL just really isn't for me anymore

Sejuani's new design is bland, and less consistent with her lore. Before, the skin visible gave contrast to the armour, but now it's all just a blue-grey blob from above.
