I was fucking with you Anon, don't buy any of that garbage. You want an i5 processor and something like a GTX970 (you'll need something stronger if you want 4K, for 1080p its fine though) and like 8-16 GB of RAM. Yes upgrade your motherboard so its compatible with newer CPU revisions.
Honesty though if you don't know anything about computers just buy a decent prebuilt with a power supply large enough for upgrades that way you can learn as you upgrade instead of having to learn everything all at once.
