Even after installing that modpack and some other fixes game still worked like shit for me.
arkham knight was so bad they removed it from steam to fix it, and when it came back it was worse than it started

Sr2 doesn't support Windows 7 or modern cpus.
Some people don't notice but the games speed is directly tied to your CPU speed if you play it on Windows 7, usually leading to some comically fast animations. There's a tool that lets you calculate how much you need to slow the game down by to play it accurately though. It was never officially patched

After they patched it a few months ago it's been running great for me. Getting 50-70 fps maxed out on a 290 and fx-8350.
