That's probably on highest settings because even a 380x dips below 60. You can prbably run it pretty well on medium. Either way it's still better than the console version.

I live in rural Manitoba where it legitimately takes me an entire day or two to download a modern game. For a game like DS3 that I know I want to play, I have to pre-order on blind faith that there'll be a pre load option so I can play with friends on day 1.

Just buy the base game and then the DLCs separately if you liked it. So you'll lose like 5$ but at least that season pass money won't be wasted if you don't enjoy the game or end up dead by the time the DLC is out.
