It'd just be a lot more competitive if the Wii U didnt suck shit in regards to LAN capabilities. Splat wouldn't even look that bad if it had split screen either.

It's pretty enjoyable to start up on a weekday night when I'm bored and have nothing to do. Idc if it's competitive but it's a game that's fun to play
I liked this game a lot, but the only real problem was how repetitive it was with one weapon and two maps, so you were really just playing the same few games over and over. They could've done practically anything to make the game more varied - team communication, weapon switching, and powerups to name a few. Any of those things would've added new layers of strategy and new choices to make.
I guess I also didn't like the gamepad much either, but that's a minor complaint.

Fuck you, that's the biggest goddamned lie and you know it. Splatoon only uses like 4 buttons, surely they could've done something for the pro controller. And an on-screen minimap would be easier to check at a glance anyway.
