I was looking for an evil module, found a Blackguard one and gave it a try.
Ended up pretty disappointed, main character had a Donte-tier edge. Among the things he does, killing random NPCs like a murderhobo, saying FUCK YOU to people, and being rude to everyone for no reason.
Also, XP is all over the place, you get 50 for killing one rat.

I think pure rouge with a single shadowdancer level is the best build for adwr.
Full dual-wielding potential is require 3 feats, while a single ranger level gives you just two.

I don't think it's such a good idea to go ranged. Some times you will be alone, meaning you will need some feats like Point Blank Shot.
Or, with Hide in Plain Sight, you can flee, set some traps far away and guide the enemies into them. Just don't forget the feat that removes Attacks of Opportunity during movement.

This reminds me there used to be a PvP one where you split into two teams, more people on the good side and fewer but higher levelled evil teams.
The good team had to go collect information and do quests for items to mount a final assault on the evil teams base to stop a ritual with a time limit, and the evil team spent time trying to set traps, collect monsters and could try to scry and teleport around to hinder the good team. It was pretty good but it was only up on weekends or something. I guess it was only run with a GM overseeing it.

Yes, checks start at 15 gold and end at 30. Last one is a 17 check, don't understand how that works, but I think you roll a d20 then add the charisma modifier.
