The Divine Comedy, aka Inferno, by Dante Alighieri was an awesome story. Little Nicky was an enjoyable movie. Even that shitfest "Bedazzled" with Elizabeth Hurley was redeemable because she's so fucking hot.

Eh, it comes off as trying too hard for me, Doom should be about solid level, enemy and weapon design (like most good FPS games), and it still has those in it but it also has so many childish "LOOK HOW EPIC THIS KILL IS xDDDD" elements to it that it is just detrimental to the experience.
I know people on here seem to think that the strong points of Doom are it "being fast" and having gore, when to me it's the gameplay that makes the game, far above any other factor to it. If you prefer Brutal Doom, that's fine, I just prefer the base game itself.
