Any good games out there with decent character creation? I'm a sucker for dress up. It adds a lot of replay value for me when a game gives you the means to change up your character.

WWE games are known for their crazy in-depth creation systems. I think I remember 2K14 being the last one that was decent.

This. Facial customazation, different arms, torsos, legs, voices, height weight and even idle stance adjustment. You can make an abomination, a muscle wizard, loli or thick amazon woman. Your physique even changes certain gameplay aspects such as stamina or how easily you knock over.
I wish more games had DD's level of customization.

The customization in that game was absolutely fantastic.
I really wish rockstar would take a page out of their book on that with their cars at least, everyone is literally driving the same shit and no one stands out.
They're even catering to car show offs with interaction menu options and original motorworks being so expensive.

The only people who really had enough ambition to put up a City of Heroes server were moralfags who insisted on getting approval from Korean NCSoft management. You know, the same fucking nexon ching chongs who sent pink slips to Paragon devs right before a holiday weekend.
After a year+ of trying to work his way up connections to speak with a higher-level NCSoft executive, I think they saw that there were funny kinks in the game engine and running an emulator would be doubly difficult because Positron did some funny shit with the netcode, or something. I bet they saw they'd need someone professional to actually untangle how some of the shit worked, and a professional expects to get paid.

Guild Wars 2 killed CoH. that was the real...NCsoft could write off the cost of operating a dev studio they didn't give a shit about, and make Anet's GW2 launch look more successful to the money men.
