With the obvious Star Wars inspiration, I've always wondered why they didn't go out of their way to make the enemies more memorable.
They sorta lack a unified look.
Sure, Star Wolf and Andross is cool and we know that his army is comprised of anthro Monkey people, so why didn't they go for a having a ton of different ships and weird robots that doesn't seem like they belong together?
