Could Maul make his way into the game at some point? There are Zabraks, a non-OT race, in the game... And Maul is in Rebels.

No Maul as Battlefront only is about the older Star Wars movie and probably Rogue One. I would say Yoda and Chewbacca maybe.

I wouldn't be surprised if the hero is Lando since it's Bespin DLC. They probably don't want to do Chewbacca because they don't want to model him or something like that. The new villain will probably be one of the bounty hunters like IG-88 or Bossk.

I'm playing it on a PC and never had to wait before joining a game. And gameplay is pretty awesome imo but I don't need any single player mode or thousands of different skins for my character.

More offline stuff is sorely needed (which is coming), and Imperial armor (which is coming), and more Rebel skins certainly wouldn't hurt either
