Standard issue rifles don't have those 3rd party muzzle brakes and compensators that weigh 2kg, plus he has a M203 launcher mounted in the front as well.
A 5,56 NATO round has about the same recoil as a 7,62 NATO round in some games.

And that's ignoring the fact that most modern fps allow you to add heavy barrels, supressors, muzzle brakes, angled grips, etc.
