I wouldn't recommend it if you actually want some gameplay. Missions take 1-2 minutes to complete and you spend ages in loading screens so the whole experience is just bad. Boobs are nice and all but I'd like to have an actual game with them for that price.

There's things to do besides the main story with much to unlock.
The characters feel more unique in this one than the previous game.
Can pair characters up for some fun team play. You can even do online co-op.
The story is better than the previous one in my opinion.
It's possibly one of the best beat-em-up on the 3DS with rpg like elements.
(Bonus) If you like dressing room stuff. This game has LOTS of options in there. There's plenty of outfits to unlock to either set them to characters or to simply strike poses with others. You can take pictures and share them if you so choose. There's plenty of pics and videos around the net if you want a better idea on how the dressing room mode is. Hell, there's even a boob slider function. But that's DLC locked. Another DLC locked feature is one of the main characters brother as a playable character. He's the only male character you can play as. But he's a joke character. Videos will explain better.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Personally, I'm satisfied with the game. It has a smaller roster than the ones on sony and pc. But I kinda prefer the Gameplay on this one more than those. To each their own though.

As someone who plays the series for fanservice almost exclusively, I can tell you right now that SK2 looks amazing anyway (on my N3DS XL at that). The cell shading works completely fine with that resolution and the girls look gorgeous, the 3D helps the fanservice argument too. The only benefit PS4 EV has in terms of eye candy is it being 60fps, which is definitely sweet. In other words: don't miss out on any game. (unless you don't own those consoles, in which case it's understandable why you would put down SK2, since you haven't even played it). Ironically I think gameplay-wise SK2 is inferior (mainly due to shitty camera).
