For a one-man thing from a guy who's never made vidya before though, what's he's put out isn't too bad. Why is he wasting time making a 16-minute semi-animated video instead of coding the game though? His main problem isn't e-mail, it's his inability to shift his attention away from the stupid shit the kids following his game do.
I don't care if it's Lets Players, kids, fanartists or whatever, the time spent addressing the issues these people cause him that he addresses in the most time-consuming way possible is why progress isn't being made on the game as often as it could be.
