they need to do girlfriends right this time. they laid out decent groundwork for it in IV but in V they just shit all over it. keep the like/dislike system but you should also be able to ignore them for a week or so without losing any points. make npcs that frequent shops and you can talk to them to get their number, instead of just strippers or dating site girls. and of course, we should be able to beat them.

As much as I'm against realism, more realistic cop mechanics. Not every cop in the city should be against me with only 2 stars, and when I get away and hide in a building? They shouldn't psychically know which building I'm in and circle it rather than any other building I could have possibly gone in. getting away from cops is so frequent, takes so long to do, you just wait it out, it makes the game not fun. I'm always punished. I'm punished for standing in one spot for too long, which scares pedestrians who call the cops on me. I'm punished for firing a gun. I'm punished in the wilderness for killing somebody stealthily.
