Sunshine is a 2002 gamecube game, of course Galaxy have better graphics. But the rest is purely subjective. And FLUDD is better than most of Mario's gimmick transformations in Galaxy. Anyway, Galaxy 1&2 can't be compared to 64 and Sunshine because it differ too much from them.

Sunshine gave you a tool that let you fix your jumps by having a 6-second hover, how is that not the embodiment of handholding? The only good levels were the ones where it's removed and you're 100% genuinely platforming segmented levels, that means the pachinko level is out and how that buggy ass shit got pass Nintendo's playtesters is beyond me, probably rushed like every other Gamecube game.
