It's Frantic Factory, third world in DK64.
They are very similar games, both made by Rare. It's easy to mistake them for one another.

Sen's Fortress
I expected some really sneaky tricks, but all of the dangers are pretty obvious. You hear the boulders rolling before you ever get near them, the swinging scythes are clearly visible, etc.
It's not hard at all if you have a decent weapon to deal with the serpent men and just take your time.

I don't get what the big deal is about this guy.
His strongest attack deals medium damage to everyone, which is easily mitigated with the spell that heals everyone.
All the other attacks are pathetic.
