Camping is an strategy but also a massive weakness. It denies you of mobility, meaning after first death, you could just get quickly peeked and killed. Only fools who never learn to play the game beyond basic mechanics would call camping cheap. Instead of picking up the free kill.

You can throw grenades over buildings and objectives, bounce them off walls, etc.
But besides that, if they're sitting in the same spot all the time, you have the advantage. Step out with peek advantage aimed at their spot, choose a different route etc.
