Horde mode in games is generally fun. I really liked how differently each character played and being able to customize a loadout for each of them. My favorite was the Turian infilitrator.
The grind was fucking horrendous though; I ended up just using shitter guns and playing power-based classes because it was so time consuming to get anything good, let alone anything good down to a respectable weight by getting dupes of it.

When they announced ME3 was going to have multiplayer I was actually pissed. Figured it would take away from the main game and I've never been a big multiplayer fan, but fuck me if it wasn't better than the main game. Trying out all kinds of crazy alien races and roles was a blast they really made a lot of them play in a unique way.
