I know Soulsborne is a legitimate series of spiritual sequels, but they count as their own properties.

The only problem it has is frame rate, at least on PS3. I heard the PC version does a better job of keeping things smooth.
The gameplay might feel a bit weird at first but it all works very well after a bit of practice. I just wish there was more to explore.
