So I'm finally playing this for the first time and holy fuck is it good. Why the fuck is Far Cry Primal a thing when they could have made a Blood Dragon sequel?
One of Ubisoft lead developers left to make a caveman controlling animals game, so Ubisoft got pissy and made they're staff to make that game first.

The game is OK. There's minimal content and most of the guns are pretty shit aside from the Kobracon. All the missions are pretty much the same. It's a good game, but it isn't that fun. Pull your dick out of your own ass.

Oh my god, I REMEMBER this game from some PS4 press conference and I was so confused because when I saw Primal, I was like, "I don't remember this being a far cry game." Wow. The original looked great and what I've seen of Primal is kinda lacking.

Well business wise Primal doesn't have to be good. It just has to come out first, that way when WiLD comes out it will be accused as a substantially worse rip-off by the average consumers eyes who enjoys just about anything really.
Which wasn't hard really, one was a million dollar company with hundreds of devs at their disposal and assets that could be easily recycled. The other is a small team of developers working from the ground up and a vastly lower budget. WiLD already lost before it got released.
It was fun while it lasted, and was worth the price tag, but I really don't think 8 hours of this would sit well. 80s themes and tongue-in-cheek action movie jokes can only be stretched so far. You know, too much of a good thing

Honestly the most most satisfying game I've played. Each story mission was better than the last, enough content to waste a couple hours into it, but short enough to be done before it got old. Top tier DLC game
