They're exactly the same, it's just the black label is the original release and red label is the re-release after hitting some arbitrary sale count.
If you're going to buy second-hand used and both red and black label are the same price, grab the black label. Otherwise it doesn't matter at all.

Probably because it was shit (in comparison to the original) and barely sold for a console that most ignored by consumers for a DVD/Video Game playing gimmick instead.
Although not really a ripoff, Bayo 2 with bayo 1 are now 70+ bucks for used copies. I rented it and never thought of buying it. Now that I want to replay it and actually buy it, I find out that the two disc version is out of print and the new print only has bayo 2, with bayo 1 being digital only. I regret that I didn't just buy it when it was on sale for 30 bucks, but then again, I didn't even know it went on sale for that much.
Fuck getting digital also. Nintendo is horrible with that shit.

If the games really are overpriced, they simply won't sell. If the seller isn't willing to lower the price in order to make a sale, the product is evidently worth more to him than to potential buyers. He keeps his product, the buyers keep their money.
