>We will never ever get to play a finished version of MGSV as Kojima envisioned it
>yfw some people on Bizarro are playing the definitive version of MGSV right now

TPP is how Kojima envisioned it.

>mgs1-4 end with a metal gear being defeated and the villains plans thwarted
>people try to justify mgs5 bucking this trend of the past 20 years with
>muh eli

>the phantom pain was a giant truman style ruse developed to troll Hayter into madness, who really thought he was bigboss but he was the imposter all along
Sure, Hayter was snake, but kojima said clones arent real people, and they don't count.

even if finished, the story wouldn't have been good anyways.
>we will never play asThe Real Big Bossrecruiting gray fox, sniper wolf, and others and making FoxHound. and i mean real recruiting. not this cartoony Fulton recovery.
instead we have "muh vocal chord parasites! Muh revenge!"
Showing off the unfinished content that was set to take place after Episode 50 was just salting the wound
MGS5 could have led all the way to the confrontation with Solid Snake in MG, but the powers that be simply didn't let that happen

Nah it's the exact same, turns out you guys are just all entitled assholes.
>>333501304
it pisses me off because Kojima knew what people wanted and even if he did that people would be happy but instead he tried to write in some new bullshit plot and completely avoided events in the timeline we will never see.

>Kojima will never make another MGS
>Konami will never make another MGS even if shitty
>The complete version of Metal Gear Solid V
>Fox Engine remake of the original Metal Gear
>Zone of the Enders 3
>Boktai 3DS
These things will NEVER EVER happen in our dimension.

Well the story we got isn't that bad, it's just rushed, poorly executed, unfinished, and leading nowhere.
Venom's story could have been great, and in a way I think revealing Big Boss' story in-between would have killed the legend. Maybe a great game with Venom was preferable to a bad game with Big Boss, but certainly, a bad game with Venom is inexcusable.

its probably for the better
