the ps4 gpu is comparable with the 750ti or even stronger in some cases, problem is that the ps4 cpu is a 1.6ghz super low end amd cpu, your typical i5 at 3ghz is 4-5 times stronger per core.
So, if you coupled the 750ti with a bad amd cpu, and then downclocked it to 1.6ghz the comparison should be more fair.

The ps4 dev kits were about as powerful as a gtx 680/770 but the actual consoles ended up with slightly less power than a 750ti which is only half as powerful.
I wonder if downgrades would have been less of a thing if the dev kit's hardware were closer to the final console's hardware, or if high detail assets would still be made for bullshots.

These are maxed out settings so just turn down the anti aliasing and maybe something more and you should have 60 fps.
