Protip: after you install the hf patch launch the game thru the reipatcher folder with Patch x64 NTLEA.
if you get the mod manager plugin you can launch the game with Patch x64 NTLEA with any mod folders in the modmanager folder and it auto adds it to the game.
Apparently folder organization doesn't matter as long as it's in that modmanager folder, but remember to put preset files in preset folder.
Also if you downloaded the meme 33gb korean torrent it's probably not gonna work cuz it'll be running in korean environment and will keep giving errors until it crashes.

I used this torrent, it's updated to almost latest version already and had some mods with it, plus no install just registry fixer.
With this, after you install hf patch and have the registry set right if you do as I said above it should work fine, using jap locale or locale emulator (windows 10) but if you run that NTLEA exe you don't need to run in jap locale it appears.
