If you're planning on trying to get S+ for each girl then you shouldn't need to savescum unless you're going for every lewd swimsuit. Doing missions will build up your owner cash and your girl will make her own money quite easily from volleyball which she can spend on herself and other girls. S+ will give you more money after your vacation ends as well.

If some of the swimsuits you like are in a girls collection then try not to spend owner cash on them unless they're cheap. You can pretty much hit the money cap with a girl in 3-4 volleyball games so she can buy multiple swimsuits quite quickly and rewrap them if needed. The girls just need to like you back so it's easy to focus on your current partner.
If the swimsuits are from the owner shop then they might dislike them due to them being lewd or childish so they have to like you a lot. Just don't let your money fall down too low with rewrapping or you'll get stuck for a while.

You should never really use X for a receive unless your opponent gets knocked down. You might not be standing in the right position when pressing O or the spike was too strong. I'm not sure how spike strength actually works as the ball gets passed me every so often.

Skip perfect victories unless its against low levels or its an activity you're comfortable playing.
Keep a cheap swimsuit she likes on hand even if she already owns it (This one is the best mission in the game)
Also keep her favorite instrument on hand
Basically, do as many missions as possible while also keeping up the girl's satisfaction since the ending bonus isn't something you want to skip out on (even though mission give significantly more XP throughout a vacation).

Win with a Blackjack is the the biggest 'Fuck You' in this game. I sat there and watched the 2 bots alternating blackjacks for 7 or 8 hands, and then immediately after they both start with 10/10 splits and get 3 blackjacks between them. And then the dealer and its insurance garbage was popping up every other hand because THEY were getting Aces every god damn time as well.
Took me almost an hour to get it and I vowed to never spend more than 30 seconds on casino missions again. You only get like 50-100xp anyway.
I'm still trying to figure out if they kept the old stats from the earlier games, or at least if different girls have different timings and/or can handle things better or worse than others.
For instance, playing as Momiji it seemed that she couldn't receive SHIT, even when positioned directly where the ball was spiked (sometimes not even power spiked), and spiking anywhere other than at the net would cause her to fuck up.
Meanwhile, Hitomi was comfortably receiving spikes from almost everyone and Kasumi was spiking accurately from mid court every time.
