Duke suffered from being constantly changed, chasing over what was popular at the time and then changed again to fit what was popular, and then passed over to different developers to be stitched together. Duke Nukem Forever didn't really exist, it was just some twisted experiment. Don't know about P5 though.

Can't comment on the end product of either game since they aren't out yet but I'm clearly anticipating one over the other. Most of the major FF series creators have left Square-Enix and have been absent for a long time. The series as a result has become painfully mediocre and has lost all direction. I want to give XV the benefit of the doubt but and hope that it ends up good but I don't think S-E can make quality FF games anymore.
