I tried to enjoy it, that map was great, but there are two things I really can't stand about it: the great overworld is cluttered with ugly obnoxious holograms for events and shit, I can't drive for couple kilometers without colliding with some transparent GUI element that then activates some time trial on me and tells me to leg it to the next checkpoint, when all I wanted was a comfy drive; and for second I hate how you no longer need appropriate cars for the races, if you don't have a car for the challenge they just give you one, and that eliminates the need of maintaining your garage along with purpose of money and incentive of getting it, maybe it's a good thing for someone who just wants to have races, but if you just want to have races why would you buy a game from TDU series at all then.

Degrees of rotation simply affect how large movements you have to make. Having a wheel with 100 degrees and in game sensitivity of 1x is exactly the same as having a wheel with 400 and in game sensitivity of 4x.
What matters is how precise the wheel is (quality of hardware). I have no idea how the steam controller rates
