The only reason you shouldn't be able to 100% a game without help is due to skill. For example, maybe the puzzles are too hard for you to figure out, maybe there is a fight that your reflexes aren't good enough for, and so on. Not because the game is too random. I also beat the game without help and found a fair number of secrets, but finding those secrets never felt rewarding/fun because they relied on random shit that boiled down to tediousness on levels far worse than MMO's. I would rather watch all the flashbacks in Tales of Symphonia 2 again than to deal with all the backtracking to attack random shit non-stop snoozefest that was La Mulana.

I don't know, I'm really worried about the fact that the game is running on an engine that's no longer supported. It's probably some cheap Chinese knock off engine.
So for any patch or change they want to make, they have to dig into the fundamental basis of the engine manually implement the code from there. Not to mention each hardware handles code differently, so they would have to do this for each port of the game.
That sounds like a nightmare. Why they didn't use a more streamlined, widely supported engine like Unity, Unreal, etc. is beyond me.
I'm scared of the possibility that Inafune comes out asking for more money to basically redo the project from scratch but on a better engine.
