Got mine new for less than $200 with a promotion thing going on at BesBuy. Works great, gameshare with younger cousin that buys most AAA games. So I only pay for indies that I might like (rocketleague being the latest), and I don't pay for Live because he does. It's pretty sweet. I was honestly on-board with lots of stuff Microsoft was doing, the all-digital approach really appealed to me as someone who'd been using Steam for a decade. I still don't understand why used games are such a hot issue, if I buy a game it's because I want to keep it for good, not so I can keep it for a few months then sell it back for a fraction of what I paid. The always-on didn't bother me because I have a stable internet connection.
