I had no need for a PS3 or 360 in 2005-2007, I waited for price drops on both like a smart consumer and had plenty of PC games and 6th gen games to play until then. By the time the consoles dropped to $250-300, the PS3 had turned its shit around and the 360s had all started catching on fire.
