I can't tell if you're acting or not, but I'll pretend you're not for a moment. The reason the X and Y values are off is because time should not start in the middle of the graph. Time should start at 0, the bottom left.
The chart can be roughly interpreted as is, that's not the point. It's just poorly diagrammed. As is, the chart is read like so:

>Fun - 70%, Time - 50%
It's just unusual, see? Flip the X and Y, and it's a bit more consistent.
