It took Asuka and Homura in their respective super sayain forms to beat her. As far as fighting her she's bullshit mainly due to 1) she teleports A LOT and 2) both her supers disorient the camera but the 2nd one is the worst because it puts the camera BEHIND her and makes it very hard to dodge.
As far as how she plays,they fucking dropped the ball on that cause she's not playable at all in 2.

Fun fact: digging through the files reveals that Naraku is in fact playable and has everything coded except the "zoom in" for her supers, along with her win pose (her lose pose is still in game, obviously).
