Gathering ingredients and creating all of my items from scratch was a neat initial concept.
Then the primary objectives seemed incredibly easy and the combat was painfully simple.
But then I found that there was a lot more to the game than the primary objectives and that the battles weren't about the execution, but about exploring and exploiting the fantastic crafting system. It got better and better the more I learned.
