I think what they mean is, life would be more fulfilling if they just took some chances and stopped blaming everything and everyone else on their problems. Like a lot of us on 4chan they just keep waiting for that miracle, that special someone to show up at the door, or some special event or thing that will turn their lives around.
That's how I live my day to day life at least. I just keep waiting, and tell myself I'll work hard tomorrow and things will turn around. But it never changes, and I fritter away my days.
