They had something going when they were streaming and Aleks and James were together.
Then stopped the funny stuff so they could do more unfunny garbage and bring in a bunch of lifeless retard interns who stayed there and became actual employees, basically squeezing out all the life that mad the creatures good, friends just being friends and playing games.
Each had their own YouTube channel and knew how to entertain and commentate, the interns are fucking boring and retarded. stopped watching in 2014 don't care.

They went from just being paid LPers to being a business. They made a conscious effort to make The Creatures a business. And as a result, quality actually went down, because then they become all about ratings and whats most popular.
when someone decides to be an LPer, its because they like playing videogames, and want to share their gameplay with others who might like their commentary. sometimes it goes well enough that you can make a living off of that and thats ok. But when you specifically make your LP group a company, and the LP a product, it loses what made it enjoyable in the first place, which is some of the random nature of a bunch of guys just playing vidya together.
it was ok at first, creature house was neat, a bunch of guys just living in a house playing vidya, seemed fun, but most of them didnt live there.
then they got an actual office, which just plain makes it a 9-5 job with work and home and that just kills the point
