So I've bought this SSHD for my PS4. Worth it? Does any difference compared to the stock HDD?
No. The PS4 filesystem is constantly writing and caching data. You'll kill it in like a year.

What the fuck mate
>SSHD
None, zero, zilch, nada. SSHDs are absolutely useless, the NAND cache is tiny and piss slow while the HDD portion is a generic slow-ass 5400 RPM drive. Fuck, if you're doing reads off the platters then you're losing even to entry-level eco HDDs, while the NAND cache operations are barely faster than a traditional high-performance HDD.
A good 7200 RPM spinner is a much, much better choice, it's cheaper and faster
Did you think that was a SSD?
I just bought a 2TB HDD .
Ssd wont make it run faster.
How long have SSHD been a thing?
>console babbys don't know the difference between SSD and SSHD and get swindled

This is what probably happened

I dont even know what a SSHD is, it looks like a regular harddrive

but that wrong you fucking retard.
it decreases load times a shit.

Quite a while, I think 5-6 years. They came out when SSDs were still tiny and unholy expensive and were marketed as an affordable alternative. Too bad they sucked even back in the day, offering regular HDD performance at nearly twice the price

Not for ps4 they dont

Why are console gamers so dumb?
