You can get multiples of them easily around as early as chap 5
Go into a battle with 2 or even 3 platsukas all loaded with tactician usbs and the digimon you want to level in the party reserve.
Even if it's an ultimate, they'll shoot to like 30 immediately after one battle.

Check the link. There is a very specific system designed around using the farm system...to farm a specific item that raises XP. You then farm the item over and over and put it on that specific Digimon. While using one badass Digimon to carry the team.

>level to platinumsukamon
>get a motimon -> hagurumon - another platinumsukamom
>scan digimon and keep redigitizing then until you get 10 builders
>save to buy a developer know how
>fill farm with 10 builders and dev know how and start developing 1k cost
>progress is in game until the hagurumon sidequest
>have a baddass #1 digimon who can carry battles (mine was magnaangemon)
>get babies from the mirror dungeons and level them for a blackgatomon and impmon
>retrieve your tactician usbs from farm development
>attach to your platinumsukamons and walk around with your badassmon wiping out enemy champions and knightmons
>digivolve/dedigivolve blackgato/impmon as necessary until they get 80 ABI each
>level them back up going through their forms
>all this should be super fast thanks to platinumsukamons and tactician usbs
>in the end, have a Lillithmon and Beelzemon before chapter 7
>wreck the rest of the game
