Just learning now myself with the PC version. It's almost flawless. Apparently it runs really well on just about everything, as well.
Only hitch is a bug in match making that makes you crash while looking for matches occasionally. But I'm sure they'll get it fixed pretty quick.

maybe the new update actually made the matchmaking better, but having the shit on launch and blacklisting PC users while only accepting 3 bar matches or above, it would usually take anywhere from 3-12 minutes to find a match.
And this is the only multiplayer game I have problems with on PS4, Rocket League I find games in less than a minute, no problem finding other players in Bloodborne, just SFV.

USF4 has about 1000 concurrent players on PC throughout last year and it was more than enough to maintain good matchmaking. SFV also has crossplay in addition to that.
