If you can nominate exactly six items (1 green 5 white) with which to kill Providence while also providing enough durability for newer players, I'm all ears. Saying my guide is terrible is of no help at all. You provide no reasoning as to to why it's wrong, nor how it could be improved.

Are you aware that they reduce his iframes on his specials? Unless you've got Alien Heads or Rings stacked up the wazoo Syringes makes Miner more vunlurable. Sure it is only a few frames removed, but in the clusterfuck that becomes lategame Glass + Spite every single frame of invincibilty you can get counts (unless you're Loader).

Was not aware of this. The guide is benchmarked on Providence rather than loops though. I found being able to charge the dash faster for more damage to be better. The iframes doesn't matter so much for Providence, but I'll stick a note in the text.

If you think you can come up with an item set of 1 green and 5 whites for any character that works in a loop without getting rekt by packs of Overloading Wurms, I'm all ears, It's really just not practical unless you're Metrid, and I don't think even he goes that low for loops.

I benchmarked all of them personally. I'm not an expert, but I did try various items including exactly the item/character combinations suggested by >>333262114 and >>333260225. I tried all sorts of things and made adjustments according to what I felt the character needed, then tested again.
However self-evident you may think his arguments, I already tested everything else that has been suggested so far and deemed them inferior. The only one I'm not set on is Tough Times on the Loader; that's getting changed to Guardian Heart in the next version.

Because newbies already have enough on their plate trying to figure out the regular playstyle. After a while they'll have the brilliant idea to try it out. At that point, they've become proficient enough that they really don't need anyone to tell them to try out Carrara Marble with Rapid Mitosis.
