Are there any good tycoon games nowdays? The ones i see are usually either barebones indie garbage or an "accountant" simulator where you crunch numbers.

There was a real gold rush for tycoon games, in retrospect. Theme Park World was 10/10, as well as most of the rollercoaster tycoon games but I remember weirder shit like Mall Tycoon 2 and School Tycoon.

I used to play bunch of tycoon games growing up. From the classic like RCT and Zoo Tycoon to crappy ones like pic related. They're relaxing to play.
The more recent tycoon games look like they're frustrating to play.
