How was the gameplay better in Demons? It had no jump attack, no kick, no plunge attack, far less weapons, all the bosses were puzzle bosses except False King and Flamelurker and you could get a dumbass cleaver that S scaled in 3 stats making the whole game even more of a cakewalk. That's not even mentioning garbage tier bosses like Dirty Colossus, Leechmonger, Old Monk when no one invades, Storm King and Adjudicator.
