I hated the floaty feel that it carried over from DaS2. The level but especially visual design was good, but the feeling of combat was not was good and responsive as it was in Dark Souls and Demon's Souls.

It's kind of ironic that i technically did a lot of various builds in Bloodborne that ALL played vastly differently and nearly all of the builds in the earlier games felt kind of shallow in comparison.
Sure, you've got a bunch of magic and cool spells, but at the sametime most melee weapons were just reskins of each other, with a few nice little gimmicky weapons dropped in between.
Putting up Old Hunters (which opened up a ridiculous amounts of builds for Arcane and Bloodtinge), it's silly to say that the Dark Souls games have more build variety. This might change with the third game, if they actually make each weapon have something unique to it (and i think Battle Arts will fix that)

Because they don't adjust to the new play style properly, continuing to back away, rarely applying rally to things, not using the full movesets of weapons to control spacing, not getting chalice versions of weapons and testing out new gem combinations, or even using varied gems. Half of them probably don't even make use of boss weak points, and finish their first playthrough without learning how to play the game efficiently.
But that's fine until they try to argue Souls combat is better. "b-but play souls games aggressively", yeah, with the your poise stacking and extremely limited movesets, how fun. I don't even use shields in Souls games other than for their passive effects, the combat is still slow and boring.

If Bloodborne was a multi-plat, I can guarantee it'd be getting far more attention, and most people would agree it's better than the rest, even if they don't like it more. It's a step forward in almost every way. Nobody really wants to deal with the issues BB has on the PS4, I'd love to get a PC version of the game, so some of us stopped playing. Honestly feel really fucking nauseous right now, I just can't. What is it with this score? Was this reviewed by an XBRONY or something? I just literally can't even fathom how this is possible. How did Bloodborne beat out Darksouls 3? It's impossible. Obviously somebody who doesn't even play games reviewed this, Bloodborne was too hyped up and they were scared to give it a low score. Dark Souls 3 was way less hyped! This is infuriating, I almost broke my knuckles earlier just from bunching the table a bit. Not going to do that again.

Bloodborne was a brand new spin on the series with an entirely different setting, whereas DSIII is more a direct sequel to the first one. The repeated enemies, weapons, and even areas from the first one all dull it down a bit, it feels a little pandery. And I know what I'm saying, since I've played through a ton of the english version
