I saw it happen. Chick moves in to a university area of town known for partying with my friends. She lived at her parents bfore, and went to church regularly, dressed modestly etc. Slowly but surely within 6 months she was dressing provocatively, she lost her virginity to the losers that lived there, drank, smoked weed & did drugs.
