Actually not true, you can use the analog stick as the front and back touch screen. Pressing the left or right analog stick brings up a cursor.
I just played Zero Escape: VLR this way.
Matter of face that's why I bought the PS TV.

I did the same thing recently. Got persona 4 and Ys celceta. I want Tales of Hearts R but got turned off by the price of it and the fact it has random encounters which triggers the fuck out of me.

All the "hunting" games on the vita work fine, so SS, Toukiden, and Freedom Wars.
Honestly the only game I've ever run into an issue with was Neptunia PP, which isn't that great of a loss.

P4 you can emulate the vanilla version and SK is on PS4 but that's not even most of the games you listed.
Dragon's Crown if you haven't gotten it already.
There's no PS4 port and it's cross compatible with PS3 players.
A lot of it will depend on if you have PS3 or PS4 since it's a big port machine.
Killzone is exclusive to it.
