Well, it's a hard thing to say, the major selling point of this game is how big the world is and the graphics, you could add the combat as well but that's debatable
Honstly, I think they won't be able to, I don't doubt the game will run at a decent framerate most of the time, but I do expect it to have serious drops in some parts, if they manage to avoid that that would be awesome, but we can just wait and see
If I could add my two cents, I would've suggested for them to find a balace between performance and graphical power, but at this point that's just wishful thinking

If only a certain GPU manufacturer bribed Square to embed their proprietary graphics API to sell their brand of GPUs. The 10 year development is misleading
It was in development hell throughout the entirety of the last gen as its team was constantly pulled off the game to work on the XIII Trilogy and XIV so Square could get their investment back on those games.
It didn't start full development until 2012, with a lot of the stuff shown off beforehand basically thrown out the window and rewritten.

And if we are talking about console games.. for the most part FF15 looks to be the best looking open world game yet on consoles not even arguable. Witcher 3 for example has some better textures and vegetation but !everything else! looks far faaaar worse..
FF15 has better Variety of environments and enemies, enemy models, LIGHTNING(probably the most realistic on consoles), particle effects as well as animations its simply unrivaled on the consoles.. not to mention in open world games.

There'll be and the air combos will be usefull against airborne enemies and against big enemies with multiple targets like the magitech armor, but people always show off their webms of stunning the giant and then proceed to empty their MP with useless air warps for no reaosn and act like that's the only way it is meant to be played
You have a shield, normal combos, air combos, special attacks, magic etc.
