ID outsourced the MP to a second tier studio who helped make COD and Haloshit, and yes the Multiplayer is casual as shit and I know it'll not hold my interest for a long time.
But the game is silky smooth and the weapons feel good, they feel perfect for a game where you shoot hordes of Demons.

I like the imagery of flesh melding with technology. Plus I find it entertaining that a single crossed man can murder waves of hellspawn with regular human weaponry. No spells or voodoo to seal away baddies. Just a guy with a gun. Warms my heart.
