Not really. The 360 didn't have the greatest list of exclusives. Mostly just Gears, Forza, Halo, Crackdown, etc.
Nothing worth spending money on honestly. Unless you like those games of course.

Now that all the good games are getting backwards compatible I don't see why you should.

Unless you really need to play Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon. But those are going to be backwards compatible too.
