There's Winged Executioners around Lothric, and their weapons mention some allegiance to the "Angels".
Yuria also name-drops Kaathe when you kill her, and her armor contains the following:

Additionally, there statue seems to be some creature in transformation. There are other statues of self-decapitating Knights around Lothric. Maybe it was a plague or something, I have no idea.
