The devs have been talking about a DX12 patch since like mid 2015, claiming they're working with AMD and Nvidia on it, but they've made absolutely 0 progress so that one can probably just be written off the list.

It's not a hard task, simply check inbound outbound ips disable at the router level, you don't even have to fucking do it on the operating system.
Same thing for just disabling the security updates in W10, it's 2 buttons and you don't have to deal with it anymore. Same for explorer updates.
