I think you can run it at 720 everything on low. Just google lowendgaming and your specs and the game you want to play, you should find some benchmarks.

The problem is that you don't have a dedicated GPU, the HD Graphics 4400 is just very weak. I'd suggest you to buy a cheap graphics card for around $80 if you wanna play some games.
